Firewalling/Masquerading

So I am in linuxconf and attempting to setup my firewall/MASQ on RedHat
7.0.  I am assuming that if I want to use MASQ I need to setup
Forwarding Rules instead of Input rules?  Or do I setup the forwarding
and then make up input rules to go along with it.  I can' find any good
HOWTO's on how to setup firewalling/MASQ/Proxy using linuxconf on
RedHat.  I have found a lot of great HOWTO's but none in particular tell
me how to use Linuxconf to do this.  Any pointers would be great.
