Not for purchase no, but once you're on their RedHat Network, you get the
downloadable versions for free.

If you want to save yourself a few days worth of downloading on a 56k modem,
yes.

Despite access to a 5Mbit feed, a T1, and two DSL lines, I still purchase retail
copies, simply so I don't have to fuss with burning my own CD's and wonder if my
sometimes-flaky CD burner is going to act up and botch an installation somewhere
late on the third CD (yes this actually happened to me, which prompted my
recurring purchases since then).

I personally find it acceptable, considering that new retail copies are far
enough apart that spending $40 on new CD's isn't really that much of a hassle.
But your mileage may vary.
