Does it reboot at the same time every day? Maybe something in 'cron' is causing
it.

Is this a busy machine? If your 'messages' file isn't huge (ie more than a few
MB) send it to [email protected] and I'll see if I can track anything down for
you.

Yeah, /etc/syslog.conf

Use "man syslog.conf" for more help on what you can put in there.
