fast Ethernet card

I guys

I have installed RH 7.0 successfully on a Pentium III
Dell system and it is attached to network with an "X"
fast Ethernet card and works just fine. But when I try
to install the same RH 7.0 and the same network card
on a Celeron HP the system does not recognize the card

Does any one knows something about this problems with
this architecture?
