Samba - SWAT - can't connect from Internet Explorer

-Samba - I can't connect to SWAT from Internet Explorer. -I have started the service: /etc/rc.d/init.d/smb start -I have edited the /etc/inetd.conf to include: swat stream tcp nowait.400 root /usr/sbin/swat swat as well as: swat 901/tcp -as root user, I ran /sbin/chkconfig swat on /sbin/service xinetd reload and it says OK. -When I try to connect from Internet Explorer I get The page connot be displayed. -Does anyone have any other suggestions please and thank you.
