fwd: Samba - SWAT - can't connect from Internet Explorer

I am still unable to connec to SWAT as per below.
I have changed the /etc/xinetd.d/swat file to include only_from = my IP and 
was still unsucessful.
Any other suggestions?

-Samba - I can't connect to SWAT from Internet Explorer.
-I have started the service:	/etc/rc.d/init.d/smb start
-I have edited the /etc/inetd.conf to include:	swat stream tcp nowait.400 
root /usr/sbin/swat swat
as well as:	swat	901/tcp
-as root user, I ran	/sbin/chkconfig swat on
				/sbin/service xinetd reload		and it says OK.
-When I try to connect from Internet Explorer I get 	The page connot be 
displayed.
-Does anyone have any other suggestions please and thank you.
