rsh, ssh, rlogin and telnet not working

Hi,

I have linux 7.0, I am trying to setup any of the
remote login services and I cann't
I am getting connection refused with all of them
I tried to modify: /etc/rhosts.allow --> did not help.


Does any body have a clue of why I am having these
problems?
