lmsensors do not run

Hi!

I've gon an Epox EP-8K9A2+ which RedHat 9 on it now. Lately I've
migrated from Mandrake 9 but now sensors-detect can not find any sensor
on the board. Mandrake was able to find them an read the values from it
- cpu temperature
- cooler speed
- voltage .....

What can I do to make lmsensors run again?

I do have copies from the older modules.conf and sensors.conf but manual
altering the values tho the older ones did not change the result.
