Hi,

I 've just been bought a pre xmas present from a friend (who wants to
make sure that it works under Linux, hence me knowing about it) Digital
camera

Its a Epsilon 1.3 with 8MB NAND gate Flash memory and 16MB smart Media
card as well (seems ok from the specs, even though I have never heard of
it before), it uses USB to download the pictures to the pc (but only
includes windows software, that a novel idea!), anyway after searching
on google and linux-usb and gphoto2's website it seems this camera is
not supported by gphoto2 and I'm slightly stuck as to how I could treat
it on the device/access side.

I was basically after some advise and help on how I could get it
working.

Thinking that it uses USB to connect, I presume it would be treated as a
USB mass storage device, thus connect it and hopefully RH would pick it
up somehow & I could mount the the device and at least copy the images
off.

Not really knowing how I would treat this device, I'm kinda stuck as to
where to start.

Cheers in advance

Mark
