does new vmware workstation beta 3.2 work with (null)?

  anyone installed/configured/tested the new 3.2 beta version
of vmware workstation on (null)?  specifically, can one install
a win2k guest OS?  (null) is not officially supported by vmware,
but it would be nice to know that it will still work before i
tackle it myself.
