Hello,

Anyone notice the version of openldap available from up2date is older
then the one on the Null cd's?

Installed from my clean install of Null:

# rpm -qa | grep ldap | sort
nss_ldap-198-3
openldap-2.1.3-4
openldap-devel-2.1.3-4

What up2date is showing:

# up2date --showall | grep ldap | sort
auth_ldap-1.6.0-5
nss_ldap-198-3
openldap12-1.2.13-5
openldap-2.0.25-1
openldap-clients-2.0.25-1
openldap-devel-2.0.25-1
openldap-servers-2.0.25-1
php-ldap-4.2.2-11

I discovered this when I was going to try configuring LDAP. Stability
problems with the 2.1.x branch lead to the switch back to the older
version? Wrong packages on up2date?

Comments from someone else using LDAP on which version to try?

Thanks,
	Jim H
