Adding Fonts in null?

How may one add fonts in null?

The familiar GUI font tools seem to have disappeared from the KDE menus.

I am trying to add the jmk-x11-fonts package build from the source rpm
available at:

 http://www.ntrnet.net/~jmknoble/fonts/jmk-x11-fonts-3.0-1.src.rpm

I have added an appropriate line to /etc/X11/fs/config but the fonts
don't seem to e available via KDE. I tried to figure out the new
/etc/fonts/fonts.conf file but I don't understand how it works. I need
to set a _readable_ fixed width non-antialiased font for use in
konsole. The included fixed width fonts are all fuzzy and sized
horribly.

Also, how may I switch on full auto-completion in the Alt-F2 command
runner in KDE. Having to tab for completion really is annoying. KDE
did not work this way under RH 7.3 unless I have missed a check box
somewhere.
