If you're talking about RH 7.3, installing the RH 7.3 KDE 3.0.3 RPMs
from ftp.kde.org (I had to use -F --nodeps unfortunately) seems to fix
this. (It also fixes a problem where korganizer seems to blow away its
entire calendar file for no apparent reason -- I haven't experienced
this myself but I'm a sysadmin for someone who has experienced this.)

(To make sure I'm not misunderstood: the questions in the next paragraph
are not intended as flaming.)

Is RH ever going to release any official KDE errata packages for 7.3?
(Isn't 7.3's KDE also affected by the Konqueror SSL hole?) Or are we
expected to either stop using KDE, install packages from kde.org that
don't have proper dependencies, or upgrade to RH 8.0?
