On (null), no updates:
XE "Yes" "No" "Cancel"
MM (moz Mail) "Save" "Don't Save" "Cancel"
OOo "Save" "Discard" "Cancel" 
Freecell "No" Yes"
Logout "Help" "Cancel" "Ok"

In the first four cases I started a new document (game) and then clicked the 
X-button.

As I said, Gnome's not consistent with itself. Yes, OOo isn't a Gnome app, but 
everyone using the RH-recommended software will use it.
