I find planet mirror to be faster.  i usually get about 380KB/s at
aarnet compared to 430-600KB/s on plannet mirror.  i guess it just
depends on the network load at the time.  even at uni i get quicker
downloads from plannet mirror.  but aarnet has slowed down since they
moved to canberra from brisbane
