rpm-4.1-1.0 hanging when installing/upgrading apps

Hi, 

This has been reported before in bugzilla

https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=68056

but it has been closed, and from what I can work out there was not
mention of a fix.

I'm currently rebuilding rpm-4.1-0.84.src.rpm from rawhide to see if
this helps with the problem.

But I can reproduce this on 3 machines all in the same way.
Its not all the time, just about 70% of the time.

My machine is running all the updates available from up2date as well.

Is anyone else still getting this? and if so, should I reopen bugzilla
