sorry to reply to my own post, but oh WOW do I sound like a dick.. "not
sure how you're missing this..."  I was a bit distracted when I wrote
that... sorry. <:-)  If you manually insmod the module, you'll get the
message I referenced, otherwise, it'll just fail and there will be no
clue as to why.
