KMail cuts off two lines when changing pages

KMail printouts are chopped off slightly at the top of the page, and whenever 
the message occupies more than one page, there are 2 lines missing between 
the last line on the first page and the first line on the second page.  I 
have both the printer and KMail configured for US letter.  Is there anywhere 
I can set a parameter to change KMails margins or whatever causes this 
problem?
