 You get various bugfixes by upgrading to 8.0 (I have only noticed a
handful of cosmetic changes so far, but there could also be more serious
fixes I haven't noticed.).
 Also all development on null has stopped, or has been transfered to 8.0,
so you won't get any further bug or security fixes, so null systems may
well be hackable in a few months time.
