Adding Software Development packages to a box.

I've recently taken control of a null box which didn't have software
development tools installed.=20

What is the easiest way to download and install all the rpms which made
up the Software Development category... (I can do the
downloading/installing, just not sure which rpms make up the software
development category, and a good while spent on google didn't produce
results).

Although RH say not to install on a production machine, ideally this
needs to be completed without a reboot- come Christmas* time it will
have Psyche; but null has run without problems there's no immediate need
to reinstall. (of course that may change if it becomes impossible to
install bug fixes).
