I'm getting ready to try to compile another version of the 2.5.65 kernel to see if it works better for recording CDR's. My first kernel attempt compiled alright for the kernel portion, but it failed for the modules. If I get it correct on this attempt, it should be an interesting comparison. I assume that the write module for ntfs caused the modules error.
