What's exactly your problem?
Have you downloaded Rusty's SRPM? You can find it at the following URL:
ftp://ftp.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/people/rusty/modules/modutils-2.4.21-16.src.rpm
Did you create "/etc/modprobe.conf" file for module configuration, like
aliases and module parameters.
Also, when you say you can't get anything to load, do you mean manually
by using "modprobe", or automagically (on demand) by the kernel module?
What's the output of "/sbin/lsmod"?
Please, give us a little more detail.
