Hyperthreading is supported, but does not count as a full second CPU
when it comes to the Support Level Agreement.  Only physical
processors are counted, so if you have a 2 CPU HT machine (that LOOKS
like 4 CPUs in /proc/cpuinfo), that's just a 2 CPU machine.
