Like I said before: No. You need a RHN service subscription for each server running the software. If you buy one service subscription and use across multiple servers, you are in clear violation of the license agreement as stated in the URL you provided. You get what you pay for. If these servers are important enough to run RHEL, then paying for RHEL shouldn't be a show stopper.
