What happens to RHCE currency with RH 9?

Does anyone know how this will affect th RHCE currency? The old policy
was for an RHCE to be current for 2 major releases. So if you got your
RHCE at 7.0, it would be good through 9 and go out of date when 10 came
out (at least a couple years). Under this model, it suggests that the
RHCE currency will go out of date much more quickly (at MOST, 2 years).
