Good point. Considering that Mandrake was supposed to "go under"
by way of bankruptcy, and have now released a full new version
with mp3 support included. Does this mean that nothwithstanding,
they (Mandrake) have deeper pockets than Red Hat?

It's been argued here that RH is more likely a possible target of
lawsuit because they are a "fatter target". If that is the case, how
come Mandrake (the "daying" "bankrupt" company) can afford to
pay the licencing fees, but not Red Hat?

Red Hat in the linux world is  the equivalent of IBM OS/2 in the
"alternative OS" market. ... and *sorry*, but I DON'T mean that
as a compliment!
