Having an mp3 to wave program. Then converting the files to ogg format 
might be a decent feature to have.

What are the laws about undoing mp3s? Can a mp3towave program be safely 
included?


There are a few programs that are available for windows. They can stream 
or play local ogg files. I like them better than most of the programs 
that play only mp3s.

Zinf is a pretty decent windows based program.
