The list you get via defining the mailboxes you care about in your
.muttrc
mailboxes ! <mailboxname> <mailboxname>
(! is the default spool mailbox; it's not required)
imap mailbox names look like:
imap://hostname/mailbox
with possible extensions for ports and authentication.
Anyway, once you have the mailboxes defined,
'c' (change mailbox) <tab> (mailbox with most recent new stuff comes up by name) <tab> (list of mailboxes comes up)
