We have one other Arabic speaking member on our team, so perhaps you could work with him in integration of these tools into our tree. If Red Hat doesn't have the time or resources to integrate it in their distribution, that doesn't stop us from doing it ourselves for our own usage. I can't give any guarantees about our ability to help you since most of our developers don't understand Arabic, but if you can find more Arabic developers to help it would probably make it possible. Perhaps if after some time the Arabic tools have been stable and well tested in the Fedora tree, that may help to facilitate quicker inclusion into Red Hat Linux at a later date.
