errata kernels for RHL8.0

I'm trying to track down a performance bug in the RHL kernels.

I need to know all the RHL8.0 errata kernels versions (and get a hold of
the i686 RPMs).

2.4.18-14 (shipped RHL8.0 kernel) <-- no problem

(please help me fill in the list of errata kernels here)

2.4.20-20.8  <-- problem

All RHL9 kernels have the problem too. I'm trying to identify exactly
when the performance bug showed up. I'm suspecting it might have
happened between the 2.4.18 to 2.4.20 change.
