Red Hat 8 comes standard with VSFTP, I suggest using that RPM.  I suggest
that you purchase the book Red Hat Linux 8 server, by Kabir.  There are
complete instructions as to how to install and configure VSFTP starting on
page 345.  It's a very good book to have to get started with Linux.  I also
suggest that you not use WUFTP, from what I hear it is not as secure.
