Printtoll foomatic error on RedHat 7.3

Hello linux experts,

I received the following error everitime i start printtool to configure 
my printer.

Also i checked
[alex@dev04 alex]$ rpm -qa|grep foo
Omni-foomatic-0.5.1-3
foomatic-1.1-0.20020313.3

I want to mention that i installed other 3 computers with the same 
configuration like my computer, and on no-one i received this strange 
message. I looks like when foomatic is not installed.

[root@dev04 root]# ls -l /usr/share/foomatic/db/
total 4
lrwxrwxrwx    1 root     root           28 iun 10 15:16 compiled -> 
/var/cache/foomatic/compiled
is ok
lrwxrwxrwx    1 root     root           26 iun 10 15:16 pcache -> 
/var/cache/foomatic/pcache
is a broken link!!!!!

How can be solved this problem?
