Suppressing Form Feeds w/ 7.1 Printtool

With the older versions of printtool there were very clear options to 
suppress form feeds after printing.  The new version (w/ 7.1) does not
seems to have any options conserning form feeds.  I've looked at the 
printcap and /var/spool/lpd/xxx files but cannot find how to make the 
adjustment.

Any ideas?
