If you want to send e-mails to virtdomain1.com from hotmail you will need to register the virtdomain1.com DNS name and create MX and A records for your host. Do you have a static IP address for your host? A global IP address (i.e. not 10.x.x.x or 192.168.x.x)? HTH, John
