Disconnects please help

Anyone;

I have the unfortunate task of trying to solve a disconnect problem for my company.  All of the cabling in brand new and tests fine.  We have 3Com managed switches and a pix506e firewall.  

Here is the log of one of the disconnects.  I think the getty has a bug in it?  Any suggestions would be appreciated.
