buy a larger hdd.  and tar the '/company' directory
over to the new larger hard drive.  use the -p switch
and it will retain file permissions.
then change the /etc/fstab to mount the other hard
drive for that mount point.  ex:  /dev/hdb  
/mnt/company  instead of /dev/hda /company  
hope this is correct.
