Connect to Web as ordinary user

	Hi. I got ADSL recently and installed RASPPPOE. I followed all the instructions closely and everything worked fine, except for one detail: I can only call 'adsl-start' and connect as root. As an ordinary user, the system won't even recognize the command. What do I have to do to enable the command to all users (i.e. me)?
