What do you think about Squid (with transparent proxying) + SquidGuard? :-) You can obtain both (always the newest version), at http://filelister.linux-kernel.at/. :-)))

And just for fun, run AWStats over the squid-logfiles (http://awstats.sourceforge.net)...

Seems, I recommend my own system. :-)))
