Hi.. I tried to do the following but still having the
problem

[root@bb root]# rm -f /var/lib/rpm/__*
[root@bb root]# 
[root@bb root]# rpm --rebuilddb
[root@bb root]# rpm -ivh yum-2.4.2-69.el3.at.i386.rpm

signature: NOKEY, key ID 66534c2b
rpmdb: Program version 4.2 doesn't match environment
version
