The online documentation is still clear - no RHEL 4 support.  I've asked
our account reps many times and they just refuse to answer the question.

Since the installer fails and the docs say it's not supported, anybody
trying it is unsupported.  That may be ok for some customers, but if
we're going to run unsupported software, why purchase RHEL
subscriptions in the first place?

I've pursued it many times but I've lost all respect I ever had for
Symantec as a company.  They're simply incompetent beyond belief.  If
you don't believe me, try ordering a license tier upgrade for a Veritas
product some time (it's been 3 MONTHS for us since the PO was cut and we
still don't have a permanent license key).  And don't get me going on
how an antivirus product could possibly be remotely exploitable without
user interaction!
