The systems also were 'crankier' than the fresh install boxes (e.g. we would find that odd things seem to show up on the upgrade box than a fresh install.. but couldnt be pinned down to a bad upgrade.) I would look at doing a backup of your data, and doing a fresh install on test hardware and importing the data to see if your DB etc work ok... or installing a test hardware from backups and doing the upgrade first there. -- Stephen J Smoogen.
