$ /etc/init.d/milter-greylist start

You have to have "/var/lib/milter-greylist/run/milter-greylist.sock" or
you have to edit /etc/sysconfig/milter-greylist file.

$ cat /etc/sysconfig/milter-greylist
# This is a file with defaults for milter-greylist.
# You may change them by uncommenting them here.
#
#GRUSER="grmilter"
#GRSOCKET="/var/lib/milter-greylist/run/milter-greylist.sock"
