That's very true.  Too often I've seen build, packaging, installation or 
all three given to the newbie or the intern and they don't have a clue.  
As a result you might have good, solid code but such a useless procedure 
to deliver the product to the customer that the whole thing just sucks.  
For goodness sake, give it to someone who actually knows what they're doing!

There, I've got that off my chest, I can relax for the weekend now.
