Looks like the output of a meminfo in sysrq.  This can be generated by 
something like "echo m > /proc/sysrq-trigger", or sending a break + m to 
the serial console.

I believe the kernel will also dump this info in the event of an 
out-of-memory condition, however generally there will be a corresponding 
"Out of memory" syslog message.
