Take a look at http://www.redhat.com/rhn/compare/ for more details. It also allows you to tag a system profile, upgrade and rollback changes, etc. Very powerful features that can be important for systems that need that level of control. We use a completely different method, maintaining our own private repositories for our various systems. Not as elegant or powerful (rollbacks can be especially difficult), but still usually quite effective.
