Re: Cron reporting root command not found

Change 'crontab -l' to this:

*/10 * * * * /usr/lib/sa/sa1 1 1
53 23 * * * /usr/lib/sa/sa2 -A

All lines in /etc/crontab or /etc/cron.d/* should specify
the user, but the lines from crontab -l (/var/spool/cron/)
does not need to have the user
