System Reboot When Running 3D GPL ScreenSaver

Hello
Could anyone can help me out with this problem?
My System Reboot When Running 3D GPL ScreenSaver, I'm using Rehat
Enterprise Linux WS Release 3 ( Taroon Update 6)
Kernel 2.4.21-37.0.1.Elsmp, System - IBM Intellistation Z pro (6224-39K)
I did changed the VGA card and switched memory , one slote to another.
VGA information,
(Nvidia Quadro FX3000 (DVI-I),  AGP 8x, with 256 MB DDR SDRAM video
memory with DVI-I connectors) ===> old one
( Nvidia Quadro4 980 XGL  (DVI-I),  AGP 8x with 128 MB DDR SDRAM video
memory with DVI-I connectors) ===> new one

Memory 8GB,

Any Advice?
