Ouch, that's old.

Assuming you have a valid RH subscription, 'rhn_register' followed by 'up=
2date --nox -fu kernel-smp'.  Latest version is 2.4.21-57.

If you don't have a valid RH subscription you can pull down the src.rpm f=
rom ftp://ftp.redhat.com/pub/redhat/linux/updates/enterprise/3ES/en/os/SR=
PMS/ and build it yourself.
