For those who are interested, i solved the problem.
After changing the Mac-Address of one VLAN-Interfaces
the two DSL-Lines are working at the same time.
Seems that the two DSL-Lines were ending on the
same Access-Concentrator and therefor causing some
problems because of the same Mac-Adress.
