How about downloading the apt-get for RPM from
freshrpms.net and using apt-get update/upgrade to
bring the system up to the updated list on
freshrpms.net?
Alternatively use the HOWTO on freshrmps to convert
your update directory into an apt-get compatible
archive?

The updates to these archives has stopped even if the
tools will continue to upgrade systems to their latest
standard.

Is anyone providing security updates to RH7.3 - even
for a fee?

Cheers
